《獵鬼紀元 2046》（ONIFALL 2046，下稱「本遊戲」）由 Wesky（下稱「我們」）開發。本政策說明本遊戲如何處理資料。
1. 我們不收集個人資料
本遊戲不需要註冊或登入帳戶，亦不會向我們或任何第三方傳送你的個人資料。本遊戲不含廣告、分析、追蹤或第三方登入工具，也不會追蹤你在其他公司的 App 或網站上的活動。
2. 只儲存在你裝置上的資料
你的遊戲進度（獵人名字、等級、裝備、寵物、設定、遊戲內貨幣等）只儲存在你的裝置上，我們無法讀取。刪除本遊戲即會刪除這些資料。遊戲內拍攝的照片只會存入本遊戲自己的資料夾，不會上傳。
3. App 內購買
所有 App 內購買均由 Apple 的 App Store 處理。付款資料由 Apple 根據其私隱政策處理，我們不會收到你的姓名、電郵或付款資料。本遊戲只會從 Apple 取得購買是否成功的確認，以便發放內容及支援「恢復購買」。
4. 本地網絡（合作模式）
選用的合作模式會在同一 Wi-Fi 網絡內直接連接朋友的裝置。傳送的只有遊戲狀態（例如位置、動作、獵人名字），只在參與的裝置之間直接傳送，不經過我們的伺服器，亦不會被儲存。
5. 兒童
本遊戲並非專為兒童設計，亦不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。
6. 網絡連線
除上述的 App 內購買及本地合作模式外，本遊戲不會連接網絡；遊戲本身可在沒有網絡的情況下進行。
7. 政策更新
如本政策有所更改，我們會更新本頁並修改生效日期。

ONIFALL 2046 (獵鬼紀元 2046, "the game") is developed by Wesky ("we"). This policy explains how the game handles data.
1. We do not collect personal data
The game has no account or sign-in and does not send personal data to us or to any third party. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party login SDK, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2. Data stored only on your device
Your progress (hunter name, levels, gear, pets, settings, in-game currencies) is saved only on your device. We cannot access it. Deleting the game deletes it. Photos taken in the game's photo mode are saved in the game's own folder and are never uploaded.
3. In-app purchases
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never receive your name, email address or payment details. The game only receives Apple's confirmation that a purchase succeeded, so it can deliver the item and support Restore Purchases.
4. Local network (co-op)
The optional co-op mode connects directly to a friend's device on the same Wi-Fi network. Only game state (such as positions, actions and hunter names) is exchanged, directly between the devices taking part. Nothing passes through our servers and nothing is stored.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Network
Apart from in-app purchases and local co-op, the game does not use the network; gameplay works offline.
7. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and its effective date.
